Orders placed before 2PM EST on business days dispatch same day from our Canadian warehouse. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Yes. We ship to US addresses via UPS and FedEx. Import duties and brokerage fees may apply at the border — these are the buyer's responsibility. Most small consumable shipments clear customs without issue.
Yes. For large orders or corporate purchases we can arrange payment by wire transfer or EFT. Contact us before placing the order to set this up.

We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. Custom-sourced parts and cut-to-length tooling are non-returnable.
