  • Start-ups entering fiber-laser production
  • Facilities with limited floor space
  • Prototype and low-volume manufacturing teams

Typical applications

  • Brackets, panels and electrical enclosures
  • Signage and architectural metal components
  • Jigs, fixtures and tooling parts
  • Sample, validation and short production runs
  • Precision thin-gauge sheet-metal work
Choose the production tier

Configure the power around your work.

The RFQ locks the selected power source, electrical service, cutting package, extraction and delivery scope. Material capacity depends on alloy, assist gas, edge-quality target and production speed.

Compact fabrication

1.5 kW

For precision sheet-metal parts, prototypes and lower-volume work where compact operation and manageable electrical requirements matter.

Maximum series power

3 kW

The highest-power 6060 configuration for faster cycles and demanding work, quoted with the appropriate three-phase electrical scope.

Technical specification

Compact footprint. Production-grade architecture.

With a 600 × 600 mm cutting area and three selectable MAX Photonics source tiers, the Wavlon 6060 combines an enclosed cabinet, separated cutting table, BOCHU control and precision motion package in a compact platform.

Wavlon 6060 front access door open
Service-friendly enclosure

Open access for setup, inspection and maintenance.

The full-height front service door provides clear access to the internal machine bay without expanding the everyday footprint. A separate worktable helps isolate processing loads from the primary machine bed.

1
Fully enclosed processing area

Safety-window enclosure and integrated fume-routing provisions support a cleaner, more controlled work area.

2
Front and rear service access

Access panels simplify inspection of motion, extraction and electrical systems.

3
Separate cutting table

The table is structurally separated from the bed to support repeatable motion and easier tooling service.

North American delivery & support

A complete configuration, not an anonymous import.

The quote identifies the source, electrical package, documentation, training, freight and commissioning responsibilities before production.

Canadian compliance scope

Canadian configurations are quoted with the applicable CSA compliance or field-evaluation scope completed or confirmed before installation.

Laser-source support

MAX Photonics manufacturer after-sales channels and Americas support are available. Service-centre availability is confirmed for the quoted configuration.

Application review

We review samples, materials, thickness, gases, edge-quality targets and electrical service before locking the machine package.

Configuration notice: published specifications are planning references. Source model, head, electrical service, compliance documentation, extraction, chiller, freight and installation are stated in the formal quote. No certification claim applies until documented for the delivered machine.

Wavlon 6060 FAQs

Which power tier should I choose?
Start with the material, maximum thickness, monthly volume and desired edge quality. The 1.5 kW platform suits lighter compact work, 2 kW provides a balanced step up, and 3 kW is the maximum series configuration for higher throughput.
Does the 6060 use a BOCHU laser head?
The documented system uses the BOCHU FSCUT2000E control platform and an autofocus BM110 cutting-head package. These are separate components. The final cutting-head model is confirmed in the quote for the selected source power.
What materials can it cut?
Typical fiber-laser applications include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and titanium. Actual capacity varies with material grade, thickness, source power, assist gas and finish target.
Is the machine CSA certified for Canada?
Canadian orders are reviewed configuration by configuration. The quote identifies the applicable CSA compliance or field-evaluation scope and any site requirements. Certification is only represented after it is completed and documented for the delivered machine.
What should I include in an RFQ?
Include material types, thickness range, typical part dimensions, monthly volume, available voltage and phase, preferred assist gases, destination postal code and whether installation or training is required.
