Polar BIS Series internal-separation vibratory bowls automate part discharge while retaining and recirculating finishing media. Designed for recurring production deburring, radiusing, cleaning, polishing, and surface preparation, the series scales from 3 to 20 cubic feet.

At the end of the finishing cycle, the bowl directs parts across a separation screen or gate while smaller process media returns to the bowl. Separation suitability depends on the size difference between the parts and media.
