Polar FMT Portable Vibratory Tub — Compact Production Finishing for Canadian Shops

The Polar FMT Portable Series vibratory tub is a compact finishing machine for deburring, radiusing, polishing and surface preparation on small-to-medium batches of machined or fabricated parts. The FMT-0.75 provides 0.75 cubic feet of working capacity with a 3/4 HP motor, while the FMT-2.5 provides 2.5 cubic feet with a 3 HP motor.

Both models are available for 110/230V single-phase power and include a rugged steel frame, oven-cured urethane liner, standard compound system, five-inch discharge door and swivel casters. The portable format is well suited to toolrooms, prototype shops and individual production cells.
