Wavlon/Jowuey machines do not currently carry a blanket CSA or UL certification. Available CE/FDA documentation is not a substitute for CSA/UL approval. Any required field evaluation and the final electrical/safety documentation package must be confirmed before installation. No certification claim is made unless it has been completed for the delivered configuration.

How is the final laser configuration selected?
We review your materials, maximum dimensions, thickness, desired mark or cut quality, production volume and electrical service. The quote then identifies the machine platform, laser source, power, table and selected options.
What is included in the quoted price?
The formal quote lists the machine configuration, included accessories, documentation, warranty terms, lead time and freight assumptions. Destination delivery and unloading requirements are confirmed separately where needed.
Can these machines be supplied for North American power?
Referenced CO2 platforms can be built for 120V / 60Hz single phase. Larger or higher-power configurations may require different service. The final electrical nameplate and plug requirements are confirmed before production.
Are these machines CSA or UL certified?
Not as a blanket product line today. We will identify available documentation and discuss any required Canadian field evaluation during quoting. A machine is never represented as certified unless certification has been completed for that supplied configuration.
Can I add a rotary, camera or upgraded table?
Available options vary by platform. Common options include rotary axes, camera systems, honeycomb tables, Wi-Fi control and autofocus upgrades. Include your application details in the quote request so compatible options can be specified.
